Can I return the product I bought If I do not like it?

Accepted Answer

You can return the product if for some reason you did not like it for 14 days after receiving it. You will be refunded the value of the product if it has not been damaged.
You can't return  the custom made products.

What if my product never reaches me or arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

If for some reason the product never reaches you, please let us know and we will do everything possible to solve the problem.

In case the product reaches you with an obvious big external damage take some  photos of the product How it looks and do not receive it.
Send us by e-mail  a notification and the photos you took. We will undertake with the postal service to solve the problem.
